According to the article 5 of the “Ley Orgánica 15/1999, del 13 de diciembre, de la Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal”, regarding Personal Data Protection, all personal data provided by the participants will be stored in the files of Trinidad Alfonso Mocholí Foundation of the Valencian Community (FTA), with the aim of promoting, distributing and disseminating information related to sport throw electronic media with the denomination of Valencia Ciudad del Running or any other of the FTA. The competitors have the right of accessing their data to change or remove them entirely or partially. To do so, a written application together with the ID card or passport must be sent to the registered office of Trinidad Alfonso Mocholí Foundation of the Valencian Community C/ Poeta Quintana, 1 bajo Valencia (46003).
