Hyundai will continue as Official Vehicle of the Valencia Half Marathon and Marathon for two more years
5 August, 2021
The Valencia Half Marathon and the Valencia Marathon Trinidad Alfonso EDP will once again have Hyundai as Official Vehicle of the events, a sponsorship agreement that is renewed for the next two years for the two best races in Spain at their distance.
This agreement strengthens the objective of both parties to make the races increasingly environmentally sustainable each year, as Hyundai España, together with its network of Valencian dealerships -Autiber Motor and Koryo Car-, will make its 100% electric vehicles available for the Valencia Half Marathon and Marathon, it being the only manufacturer on the market to offer all five ECO technologies.
Hyundai is a leader in sustainable mobility that has partnered the 2019 and 2020 races and will continue to guide the runners to the finish line in both races with sustainable vehicles as well as providing a fleet of 100% electric vehicles for the organisers and elite athletes and for the work carried out on the circuits.
For S.D. Correcaminos President, Paco Borao, the renewal of this agreement with Hyundai for the next two years “is hugely important because it unites us with a leading company concerned about caring for the planet and this helps us keep working to be better every day in all areas”.
For Hyundai, Elena Gris Director of Marketing, stresses that this alliance “contributes to continuing to build a sustainable future based on our philosophy of ‘Progress For Humanity’; linking us to the world of racing with which we share the same values of endeavour and improvement”.
