To ensure everything goes smoothly, please read these instructions carefully, in them you will find all the information you will need. REVISA LOS HORARIOS DE SALIDA CHECK THE STARTING TIMES Llega a la salida con suficiente tiempo de antelación y, en caso de que lo vayas a utilizar, revisa cuál es tu guardarropa según el color de tu dorsal. Chaired by Juan Roig, the Valencian foundation has been the main partner of the Valencia Marathon Trinidad Alfonso for more than a decade, not only giving its name to the event but also promoting it around the world. This partnership along with SD Correcaminos and Valencia City Council has made it possible to collaborate in the national and international growth of an event that is a flagship of our city and followed across the world. The Valencia Marathon is the main event promoted by Valencia Ciudad del Running, a project driven by the Foundation itself which supports all the races and activities related to running in the city in order to turn this city into the heart of world running. Since October 2012, Juan Roig has invested €100 million through the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation to promote sport in the Comunitat Valenciana. A strong and unwavering commitment covering three areas (sport, endeavour and the Valencian Community), Juan Roig's sporting donations through the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation has supported more than 250 projects since its creation. Under the umbrella of 'Comunitat de l'Esport', the Valencian foundation now divides its activity into three lines of work: events, grassroots sport and athletes, with the mission of structuring the presence and support offered by the organisation presided over by Juan Roig throughout the Valencian Community. Para poder recogerlo deberás recordar tu número de dorsal, acudir al mostrador de tu número y mostrar el código QR que te enviaremos a tu correo electrónico el jueves 30 de noviembre por la tarde y un documento de identidad oficial en vigor. El chip se entrega activado, pero si lo deseas puedes pasar con tu dorsal por el punto de control de chip al final de ExpoDeporte. In order to collect your race bib you will need to remember your bib number, go to the stand covering your number and show the QR code, which will have been emailed to your on the afternoon of Thursday 30th November, and a valid official identity document. Se recomienda llegar con tiempo suficiente para cruzar los controles de seguridad. Los atletas en silla de ruedas y los atletas ciegos que así lo deseen, partirán a las 8:25 horas en la segunda oleada. El tiempo máximo para finalizar la carrera es de 5h30 desde el momento que se cruza la línea de salida. Todo corredor que llegue al kilómetro 25 después de las 12:45 horas deberá entregar su dorsal, abandonar la prueba y/o subir al coche escoba. No se podrá acceder a los boxes de salida por el puente de Monteolivete, por lo que se recomienda un recorrido alternativo por el puente de l’Assut de l’Or. No está permitido correr sin dorsal o con el dorsal a nombre de otra persona. Será obligatorio llevar la pulsera que se entregará junto al dorsal para poder acceder a los boxes de salida, al guardarropa o recoger tu medalla finisher. EL CHIP VA ADHERIDO EN EL DORSAL A partir del día 29 de noviembre no se realizarán cambios de titular. The race bib must be worn on the front of the body and must be visible at all times. Runners are not allowed to run without a race bib or with a race bib in the name of another person. It will be compulsory to wear the wristband that will be provided with the race bib in order to access the start boxes, lockers or to collect your finisher's medal. Los cajones están identificados por colores que se corresponden a los del dorsal. El cambio de box está permitido hasta el 29 de noviembre y conlleva un coste de 25 euros por reimpresión y gestión. La calle de acceso a tu box dependerá del color de tu dorsal. 46 ÚLTIMAS INSTRUCCIONES FINAL INSTRUCTIONS GUARDARROPA BAG DROP-OFF Habrá dos zonas de guardarropa, norte y sur, y solo podrás utilizar la que se corresponde al color del box que es el que llevas en tu dorsal. El guardarropa Norte es el más cercano a la zona de meta y sirve para los boxes de color verde, amarillo, azul, rosa, naranja, morado y marrón. El guardarropa Sur, está junto a la línea de MetroValencia L10 en la calle Amadeo Granell Mesado, y es el que sirve para los boxes de color, gris, rojo y blanco. Solo se podrá dejar una mochila o bulto por corredor que debe ir identificada con la pegatina que encontrarás en el sobre del dorsal. Para acceder deberás enseñar tu dorsal y pulsera. There will be two bag drop-off zones, north and south, and you will only be able to use the one that corresponds to the colour of your box, which is also the colour of your race bib. The North bag drop-off zone is the closest to the finish area and can be used by runners in the green, yellow, blue, pink,orange, purple and brown boxes. The South bag drop-off zone is next to the MetroValencia L10 line in Calle Amadeo Granell Mesado, and it can be used by runners in the grey, red and white boxes. Only one rucksack or bag can be left per runner and it must be identified with the sticker you will find in the envelope with the race bib.
