• Con seis corredores llegados a meta por debajo de la hora, 115 atletas sub 1h15:00 y casi 300 sub 1h15:00, el Medio Maratón Valencia 2019, celebrado en octubre, volvió a ser noticia mundial por su alto nivel deportivo y de estrellas congregadas en la prueba. Fue el noveno año consecutivo que se bajó de la hora. Pero para nosotros lo más importante de todo es tratar de garantizar que los 15.440 corredores que cruzaron la meta lo hagan con la mayor satisfacción posible. Y en eso nos empeñamos cada año. Ponemos a su disposición un circuito de ensueño, rápido a más no poder que pasa por zonas emblemáticas y que tiene en su haber el actual récord del mundo femenino (Joyciline Jepkosgei, 1h04:51 – 2017). Es herencia del Mundial de Media Maratón que se celebró en Valencia en 2018 y que maravilló al mundo del atletismo. Todo ello, con los servicios más óptimos para los corredores y en una ciudad en la que llama la atención el enorme número de ciudadanos que llevan en volandas a los corredores. 2020, INSCRIPCIONES ABIERTAS Para 2020 queremos más aún. Volveremos a intentar ser el mejor Medio Maratón del planeta, el más rápido y el más satisfactorio.
