Más de 5.200 de los 25.000 inscritos correréis por primera vez esta distancia. Para ayudaros, organizamos dos rápidas sesiones (en español con traducción al inglés) en las que os daremos unos últimos y valiosos consejos. Profesionales de la actividad física como Fernando Ortiz os darán consejos sobre cómo afrontar el circuito. Nuestro jefe médico, Luis Cort, os dará valiosos consejos en su campo. El colegio de nutricionistas os desvelará las reglas básicas de la ali- mentación y nuestro servicio oficial de podología, Podoactiva, os dará pautas básicas para cuidar vuestros neumáticos, los pies. • You know that the Valencia Marathon is the ideal one to debut in the distance and you have proved it to us. More than 5,200 of the 25,000 people registered will run this distance for the first time. To help you,we have organised two quick sessions (in Spanish with English translation) in which we will give you some last minute valuable advice. Physical activity professionals such as Fernando Ortiz will give you advice on how to face the circuit. Our chief medical officer, Luis Cort, will give you valuable advice in his field. The school of nutritionists will reveal the basic rules of nutrition and our official podiatry service, Podoactiva, will give you basic guidelines to take care of your tyres, your feet.
